Based in Wichita, Kansas, NexStep Alliance provides adult education classes, such as GED classes, an Accelerating Opportunity Kansas (A-OK) program with tuition-free college classes, ESL classes and other community services, at little or no cost to participants. We have multiple campus locations in Wichita, with plans for more locations in the future.

Learning is a process, and NexStep Alliance believes that this process starts with student safety. We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe learning environment where students can leave worries outside and focus on achieving personal and professional goals. Distractions from the outside world can quickly derail the achievement of these goals. There is no larger distraction than fearing for one’s own safety or feeling alone during a difficult personal or professional situation.
The NexStep Alliance support system includes an open-door policy for all staff, so we are here to listen if a student needs to talk. We use professional security staff and systems to maintain the safety of our students in a confidential and discreet manner. We partner with multiple community organizations in an ongoing effort to provide the necessary resources for students to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
